She brings a calm, peaceful presence and a soothing voice to the Better Sleep program. As a meditator herself, she has overcome her own struggles with severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and sleep issues. Empathizing with the challenges of these experiences, she is committed to guiding and supporting more individuals on their journey towards improved sleep and overall well-being.

Co-Host

Evan, a meditation practitioner with 15 years of experience, is a co-host of the Better Sleep Program. His background as a professional musician and music teacher infuses his presence with vibrancy, instantly uplifting any atmosphere.
