Having worked with hundreds of clients in my health & fitness career, I have learned which exercise techniques work and which do not. Having also been meditating for more than 5 years now, I have gained a unique insight into the mind-body connection.
Now, I am in a unique position to combine my years of fitness experience with the wisdom of this meditation, to bring you a one of a kind exercise experience. You will feel lighter, happier, and healthier than ever before.

My favorite type of fitness is dance. I’ve been a dance enthusiast most of my life and mostly for fun. I’ve chosen dance as my cardio for at least 10 years, whether it be Zumba, salsa, or dancing at home. It wasn’t until recently that I decided I would like to share it with others. I was presented with this unique opportunity to partner with the meditation group that I’ve been practicing with. I’ve been meditating for 3 years and counting. The benefits of meditation are the kinds of gifts that keep on giving. One gift I’ve received is the acceptance that physical fitness and mental fitness go hand-in-hand. I am so excited to be able to share a program that intentionally combines the two. I hope that you enjoy your time with us and walk away feeling more energized, clear-headed and balanced.
