Kids' Meditation

As adults, our greatest hope for children is that they have the tools they need to overcome obstacles and enjoy a happy, healthy life. Through meditation, children can learn the most important skill for maintaining a positive and peaceful mind that is free from worries, all while having fun and making new friends!

Meditation for Older Adults

Meditation has many proven benefits for older adults including sounder sleep, reduced stress, and sharper memory and focus. It is known to enhance digestion, regulate moods/emotions, and promote a relaxed and peaceful state - all of which contribute to an improved quality of life. In addition to the physiological benefits, this meditation class will empower you with a tool to self-reflect and actively lighten the mind, releasing accumulated tension and recovering peace within.
