Through meditation, children can learn the most important skill for maintaining a positive and peaceful mind that is free from worries, all while having fun and making new friends!

Ever wonder what meditation is really about? Not sure how to do it or if it's even possible to "quiet your mind?" Join us every Friday at 5pm while break it all down for you in a fun and interactive virtual Q&A session. There are no questions too big or too small, so bring one or bring them all!

During this event you will be guided through a form of meditation that allows you to let go of whatever is weighing you down, leaving you feeling lighter and rested as worries disappear from the mind.
