Turning Intention into Real Change: Creating Your Personal Action Board Many people create vision boards filled with inspiring images of what they hope their life will become. But real change often begins with something much simpler — clear intention and small, meaningful actions. In this online meditation seminar, we will take a quiet moment to reflect on what truly matters in our lives and create a personal Action Board — a simple and practical tool that connects our inner clarity with the small steps we can take each day.

Through guided meditation and reflection exercises, participants will explore their priorities, identify one meaningful area of focus, and design an Action Board that supports real progress in their daily lives. This session is open to anyone who would like to pause, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and intention.
