Easy, Live Workouts to Get in Shape at Home

Wondering how to get healthy at home? We bring the gym to you. Introducing live, home workouts every week with easy, exercises for beginners and experts, of all ages, and body types. No equipment needed.

Your workout begins with a releasing exercise routine of stretches. Then we move to exercises designed to stimulate your organs and encourage the flow of chi energy relieving muscle tension, and joint pain, and strengthening circulation. Next, cut loose with the Best Health Dance, a simple dance with easy-to-follow steps that give you an instant boost of energy.

On Tuesdays, we have Erika’s easy and fun dance fitness groove, to develop your stamina and circulation. On Sundays Brandon and Chris guide you through calisthenics that builds lean-toned muscles without sweat and strain. Feel amazing for the week!

Your workout winds down with a brief guided meditation to cool your body and ease your mind. You will leave each class feeling invigorated, relaxed, and stronger, without muscle soreness. Welcome to Live Home Workout, your way to getting healthy at home!
