Dr. Yu is a therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in NJ. She is a professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has many research studies published related to psychology and mind/meditation practice in children, students, and patients.

Evan started this meditation to get over stress, anger, and the habits of negative thinking. After the first session he felt a great relief. He realized that it was possible to change the mental habits that made life difficult.
He has been practicing and guiding this meditation for more than 14 years. He feels his outlook on life has changed from negative to positive. Neal has been meditating for 9 years at the Plainview, NY center. From an early age, he was interested in understanding the nature of reality. He wanted to find if there was a true way to see the world. He began his search by studying the bible then studied books from almost every other religion. He practiced Yoga, Zen, and methods from the Sufi mystics, and American Indian mystics. He practiced various forms of meditation.
He worked as a laboratory technologist and manager and raised a family but still didn't feel that the knowledge he gained had helped in life. When he started this meditation, they explained that it's not about knowledge, it's about becoming.
Through meditation he found the truth he had been searching for. The truth that all the founders of religions were talking about. Now he could experience this truth and apply it to life, finally everything made sense. Neal feels that there is nothing more important than to change the world by sharing this amazing meditation method with as many people as possible.

Flori started meditation to overcome intrusive thoughts and depression. She felt that she had no purpose and meaning in life.
