A consistent meditation practice can make this possible. Many research studies confirm the benefits of meditation for teens. It can help them develop better focus, reduce anxiety and stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance their overall well-being. Testimonials

You can get rid of all your bad thoughts. I used to be afraid of the monkey bars, but I let go of my fear and now I try the monkey bars.

Jethro

Before I even started meditation I had really, really bad thoughts and I wish I would've started Kids Meditation earlier, because it really helps me now. I tried many different things to get rid of my bad thoughts, but I think Kids Meditation is the thing that helped me the most. I wish I could've started Kids Meditation earlier, but at least I'm starting it now and moving forward. I was not smiling, but now when I do the laughing meditation it really makes me happy for the rest of the day. I now have a good smile on my face, a good impression, and my day is just like better. I really like that feeling cause it helps me a lot.

MacKenzie

I feel super super super happy, like 100%
